![]() Off Premise Private Events Policies
FOOD & BEVERAGES: All food and beverages, alcoholic or otherwise, must be provided by La Luna catering when planning your menu. We ask that entrees be limited to 3 selections. All products are subject to availability and prices are subject to change based on the market. Deposits: A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all private events. The deposit will be applied towards the final bill; and the balance due paid in full is required 24 hours before the event date. Any additional expenses approved by the host will be charged after the conclusion of your event. Guarantee: A confirmed guest count is required three (3) business days before your event. This will be considered your minimum guarantee, and is not subject to reduction. La Luna catering will charge for the minimum guarantee, or the actual amount served, whichever is greater. Contract: We will produce a contract of service that will be delivered to you. This will establish the menu and other commitments that La Luna catering will make to your event. All menus and items must be finalized 14 days in advance of your event. Rentals: La Luna catering will provide an exact estimate for all rental of linens, glassware, dishware, silverware, tables, chairs and any item that needs to be ordered custom to accommodate the host requests. Party and wedding planner: La Luna catering will offer you an in house party / wedding planner at a commission rate of 15% of your total invoice. Minimum charge for wedding/party planner is $700.00. The coordinator will be present and available throughout your entire event. Staffing: La Luna catering will charge $20.00 per hour for each staff plus a 15% service charge . There is a 4 hour minimum charge for each event. The recommended staffing will be one server for 15 guests.
